- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken with sweet chilli sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken mixture for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink. Remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and top with the cooked chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, and green onions.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Slice and serve hot.
