Ingredients
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted unsalted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and chill for 15-20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Fold in whipped cream gently until fluffy, then stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture into the chilled crust. Layer with cherry pie filling and then top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours until set before serving.
