- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté shredded chicken with spices until heated through.
- In a baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, chicken mixture, and mozzarella in repeating layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
