Instructions
- Marinate chicken in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill marinated chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In serving bowls, layer cooked brown rice as the base.
- Top each bowl with black beans, corn, sliced grilled chicken, pico de gallo, and avocado.
- Mix sour cream and lime juice to create a lime crema; drizzle over each bowl.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
