- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup homemade croutons
- 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss until well mixed and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 15-30 seconds on each side or microwave wrapped in paper towels.
- Lay each tortilla flat and distribute the salad mixture in the center. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
- Serve immediately or cut in half for easier handling.
