- 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté sliced mushrooms seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared crust, leaving a border for the crust. Top with sautéed mushrooms, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, slice, and serve warm.
