Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced apples, diced celery, chopped red onion, and nuts if using.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper as needed.
