- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley. Gently toss to mix.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Serve immediately in a bowl or on a serving platter.
