Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, rolled oats, chopped pecans, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and caramel sauce in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture into the dry ingredients along with melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form dough into small balls and press slightly to shape cookies.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
