Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom and sides of a tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes; cool completely.
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
- Pour ganache into the cooled crust and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before refrigerating for at least 2 hours to set.
- Melt white chocolate in intervals until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe concentric circles on top of the tart; drag a toothpick from center to edge to create a spiderweb design.
- Chill until ready to serve.
