- 1 chicken breast
- 4 strips of bacon
- 1 large tortilla (burrito size)
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Sear in the skillet for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to the oven (400°F) for 9-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Chop the lettuce and combine it with sliced chicken, chopped bacon, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.
- Lay the mixture on a tortilla, roll tightly, and toast in the skillet if desired.
