- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional)

Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a mixing bowl.
- Blend in softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate using a fork and allow excess to drip off.
- Place back on parchment and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
- Let the chocolate set before serving or gifting.
