Ingredients
- Assorted cured meats (salami, prosciutto, pepperoni) – 1 pound
- Assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda) – 1 pound
- Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup
- Cucumber – 1 cup
- Olives – ½ cup
- Grapes – 1 cup
- Dried cranberries – ½ cup
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme) for garnish
Instructions
- On a large cutting board or platter, lay out parchment paper in a Christmas tree shape.
- Layer assorted cured meats starting with larger pieces at the bottom and smaller pieces on top.
- Cut cheeses into festive shapes and arrange them around the meat.
- Scatter cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, and grapes around the board like ornaments.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries on top and tuck fresh herbs in for garnish.
- Add optional crackers or breadsticks if desired.
- Present your beautiful charcuterie board to guests!
