- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 3–4 teaspoons pickle juice

Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash yolks using a fork or hand mixer until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise, mustards, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Taste the filling and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with paprika and fresh herbs before serving.
