- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices crispy cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup frozen corn (optional)
- 1 cup diced green onions
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in frozen corn (if using), half of the cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and diced green onions until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
