Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll the puff pastry and cut it into squares (approximately 3 inches each).
- Place a piece of brie cheese in the center of each square and top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Fold the corners over the filling to form pockets and pinch seams tightly to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for color.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh rosemary.
