- 1 pound store-bought flatbread or pizza dough
- 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic reduction (for drizzling)
- Fresh arugula (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough if using; place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spread evenly over the flatbread.
- Scatter fresh cranberries on top and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with thyme, drizzle with balsamic reduction, garnish with arugula, slice, and serve warm.
