  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, ginger, and garlic; simmer until cranberries burst and sauce thickens (10-15 minutes). Stir in orange zest.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush half of the glaze on top. Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting every 30 minutes with reserved glaze.
