Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- For the crust, combine flour, sugar, and butter in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add flour, lemon juice, eggs, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for another 30 minutes until set.
- Cool at room temperature for 20 minutes before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before serving.
