Ingredients
- 10 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Sauté onion in the same skillet until translucent, add garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for another 30 seconds.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer to reduce slightly; then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta and beef with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
