Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pound them to about ½ inch thick between plastic wrap.
- Layer Swiss cheese and ham on each breast, roll tightly, and wrap securely in plastic wrap; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oil in a deep pan to 325°F (170°C). Set up dredging stations with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each roll in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs before frying for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Prepare the creamy Dijon sauce by melting butter in a saucepan, adding garlic, whisking in flour and milk until thickened; stir in Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese before serving.
