- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on both sides (6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese; stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
