- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Season pork chops with garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and cracked pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and chopped spinach; cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, add cream cheese, and stir until smooth. Mix in Parmesan cheese and season to taste.
- Return pork chops to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
