- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; form into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; brown meatballs on all sides and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a simmer while stirring. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
- Return meatballs to skillet; simmer for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with the creamy sauce and meatballs.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
