  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; form into meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; brown meatballs on all sides and set aside.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a simmer while stirring. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
  6. Return meatballs to skillet; simmer for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
