  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Then pour in heavy cream, add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, simmering for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in fresh spinach until wilted; then fold in flaked salmon and Parmesan cheese.
