- 2 cups brewed New Orleans-style coffee (cooled)

- Ice cubes
- Optional: whipped cream, salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Brew 2 cups of strong New Orleans-style coffee and let it cool.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until dissolved.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes, pour in the cooled coffee until three-quarters full, and add the cream mixture.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top and caramelize using a kitchen torch or broiler until crispy.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce if desired.
