Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 brioche buns
- 2 tablespoons butter (for toasting buns)
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into four thick patties.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each patty for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
- Butter the inside of brioche buns and toast them in a separate pan until golden brown.
- Assemble burgers by placing cooked patties on the bottom bun and adding your choice of toppings before finishing with the top bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
