  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for toasting buns)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into four thick patties.

  4. Butter the inside of brioche buns and toast them in a separate pan until golden brown.
