- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Boil peeled potato chunks in salted water until tender, then drain and mash until smooth. Allow to cool.
- Mix the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Mixtures: Stir cooled mashed potatoes into the chicken mixture until fully blended.
- Shape the Doughnuts: Form doughnut shapes about 2 inches wide with holes in the center from the mixture.
- Coat the Doughnuts: Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dip each doughnut in flour first, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat the Oil: In a deep skillet or pot, heat vegetable oil to around 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the Doughnuts: Fry doughnuts in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped chives and enjoy warm.
