- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then press into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place breaded cutlets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a bowl.
- Slice baked cutlets and serve over the dressed greens with additional Parmesan and lemon wedges.
