- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili paste (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef: Combine sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook the beef: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
- Prepare the salad: In a large bowl, mix red and yellow bell peppers, carrots, green onions, and salad greens.
- Make the dressing: Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili paste, salt, and pepper.
- Combine and serve: Toss the salad with dressing and top with crispy beef slices and chow mein noodles.
