Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Form into four patties.
- Set up a breading station: one dish with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each patty in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drizzle hot honey over patties in the last minute of cooking to caramelize.
- Assemble burgers with toasted buns, mayonnaise, lettuce, and crispy chicken.
