Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasonings and spices (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip it into the egg mixture, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded strips on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray or drizzle olive oil over them.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauces.
