Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and stir in ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese soup, milk, and both cheeses until well blended.
- Add uncooked pasta shells and pour in beef broth, ensuring everything is evenly mixed.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving warm.
