- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, red bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, dill, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture; toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving or enjoy immediately.
