- 1 cup hot coffee or tea (decaf if preferred)
Instructions
- Prepare an ice bath by filling a medium bowl with ice and water.
- In a second bowl, combine dark chocolate and hot coffee or tea, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
- Place the bowl over the ice bath; whisk vigorously for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from the ice bath and continue whisking until light and airy.
- Spoon into serving bowls or cups. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
