- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley sprigs (for garnish)
- Crackers (for serving)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, half of the shredded cheddar, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, parsley, Tabasco sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a carrot shape using plastic wrap for molding. Place on a serving board.
- Cover with remaining cheddar cheese and gently press to adhere. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy!
