Ingredients
- 16 ounces linguini
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken condensed soup
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, chicken broth, parsley, pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked linguini followed by half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Butter a 9×13-inch casserole dish and spread the mixture evenly inside.
- Top with remaining cheeses and garnish with parsley.
- Bake for about 35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
