  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons Kahlua, or other coffee liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • Ground cinnamon, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter and chopped chocolate together in a medium saucepan over low heat until smooth; remove from heat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted chocolate with sugar, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in espresso powder, vanilla extract, and salt; then fold in flour until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes until moist crumbs appear on a toothpick.
