- 1 large French baguette or Italian loaf
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place it cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each half.
- Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly with golden edges.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice into servings, and enjoy warm!
