Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup pecans, finely chopped
- ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Additional chopped nuts or cranberries for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sharp cheddar until smooth.
- Stir in pecans, cranberries, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped nuts or cranberries.
- Serve on a platter with an assortment of crackers, sliced vegetables, or fruits.
