Ingredients
- 1 lb pitted dates
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Soak the pitted dates in a Mason jar filled with water overnight or microwave for about 2 minutes until softened.
- Transfer the soaked dates and remaining water into a food processor. Add vanilla extract and Himalayan salt.
- Blend for 5 to 8 minutes until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer to a Mason jar, seal tightly, and refrigerate for up to three months.
