Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, egg, and parsley. Mix until fully combined.
- Stir in chicken broth gradually until the mixture is moist but holds shape.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
