- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ounces mixed mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, oyster), sliced
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup garlic confit
- ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté until golden brown (5-7 minutes), then stir in truffle oil.
- Spread garlic confit evenly over the dough. Top with sautéed mushrooms and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
- Distribute chopped walnuts over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
