- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into bites)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
