- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear steak cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet until melted, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter sauce until evenly coated, and garnish with parsley before serving.
