  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast by rubbing it with minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
  2. Place the seasoned roast in a slow cooker and pour beef broth and barbecue sauce over it. Cook on low for about 8 hours until fork-tender.
  3. Shred the beef using forks and return it to the slow cooker to soak up juices.
