Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Season the beef chuck roast by rubbing it with minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned roast in a slow cooker and pour beef broth and barbecue sauce over it. Cook on low for about 8 hours until fork-tender.
- Shred the beef using forks and return it to the slow cooker to soak up juices.
- In a bowl, mix coleslaw ingredients (coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper) until well combined.
- Assemble the sliders by placing shredded beef on the bottom half of each bun and topping it with coleslaw before capping with the top half of the bun.
