Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the cubed chicken and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill for 8–10 minutes until cooked through (internal temp of 165°F), turning occasionally.
- Serve on warm pita with toppings.
