- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (for serving)

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Cook the chicken in boiling water seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Shred the chicken.
- In a skillet, sauté chopped spinach in olive oil until wilted.
- Combine shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, and feta cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet; fill each with the chicken mixture and roll tightly.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce.
