Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper; grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat; sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated, then serve topped with sliced grilled chicken.
