  • 2 USDA Prime Dry-Aged Bone-In Rib Steaks (16 oz. each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 lemons (juice of)
  • Fresh herbs: rosemary, parsley, tarragon, cilantro, mint
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the steaks dry and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. Preheat your grill until hot and ready.
